Power On:

• Ensure the autoclave is properly connected to a power source.
• Power on the autoclave using the designated switch or button.

Preparation:

• Place the items to be sterilized in the autoclave chamber, ensuring they are arranged properly and do not obstruct the sterilization process.

Select Sterilization Program:

• Choose the appropriate sterilization program based on the type of materials being sterilized. Refer to the provided guidelines for selecting the right program.

Load Settings:

• Set the required parameters, such as temperature and cycle time, according to the specific sterilization requirements for the items in the autoclave.

Printer Setup (if applicable):

• If the autoclave has a built-in printer or is connected to an external printer, ensure the printer is set up and ready to generate a printout of the sterilization cycle details.

Start the Cycle:

• Initiate the sterilization cycle according to the selected program. This may involve pressing a start button or following a sequence of steps on the control panel.

Monitoring:

• Monitor the autoclave during the sterilization process. Some autoclaves may display real-time information on temperature, pressure, and cycle progress.

Completion and Drying:

• Once the sterilization cycle is complete, the autoclave may initiate a drying phase. Allow the drying process to finish before opening the autoclave door.

Opening the Door:

• After the cycle is complete and drying is finished, open the autoclave door cautiously, following any safety protocols provided in the manual.

Unload Sterilized Items:

• Carefully remove sterilized items from the autoclave chamber, ensuring proper handling and adherence to sterilization protocols.

• The product has a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Service and Warranty are handled by the manufacturer/importer directly for this product (Currently OnSpot Services only available in Delhi/NCR )
• Supreme Dental will not be liable to replace the Products and the liability to replace any such Product is that of the Manufacturer/Importer
• Supreme Dental and the Buyer acknowledge that the Products purchased/used are a subject matter of original Manufacturer/Importer’s warranties only
• Any or all claims in relation to returns and replacement shall be made to the concerned Manufacturer/Importer only and Supreme Dental may assist the customer in registering a request to get the Product replaced or serviced. 
• The Buyer acknowledges that the Products once sold will not be exchanged or taken back unless the seal of the package or the Product is intact or not altered in any manner or is not tampered as the case may be.
